  • Yes, points expire 1 year after the date they were earned, and if no activity or orders are placed. We will send you reminders before your points expire so you have time to use them.

  • Loyalty points can be redeemed for various rewards, including discounts on future purchases, exclusive products, and special offers. To see a full list of available rewards, log into your account and visit the "Rewards" section. You can choose the reward you want and follow the instructions to redeem your points.
